Compensation
Hourly Rate: $22.00 - $25.00 per hour (flexible DOE)
Compensation will be determined based on experience, qualifications, certifications, and internal equity considerations.
Job Summary
As a Graphic Designer Level 1, you will develop graphic design materials for both print and digital media. You will ensure all work aligns with established brand standards and production requirements while creating effective visual solutions for marketing, advertising, sales, events, presentations, and other communications.
Working closely with internal stakeholders, you will help conceptualize and deliver projects on time while applying design best practices and demonstrating proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite applications.
This position is part of a Creative Services team within the Marketing department, supporting corporate, retail, institutional, and business development initiatives through creative, content, video, marketing automation, and event support.
Major Duties and Responsibilities
Update existing print collateral including flyers, sales materials, forms, applications, investment sheets, booklets, newsletters, social media graphics, and web imagery.
Create new materials that support marketing initiatives and adhere to established brand standards across print and digital channels.
Assist with selecting and preparing imagery, charts, and graphic elements for websites, email campaigns, print materials, and other marketing communications.
Collaborate with marketing team members and cross-functional stakeholders to ensure projects are completed accurately and on schedule.

Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design preferred, or equivalent education and experience
1-2 years of professional graphic design experience preferred
Strong proficiency in:
Adobe InDesign

Working knowledge of Microsoft Word and PowerPoint
Ability to follow established brand guidelines
Knowledge of standard graphic file formats and production requirements
